EMCAD has, since its establishment in 2015, demonstrated its capacity to effectively and efficiently manage national, regional and international consultancy assignments focusing on gender, women’s law, human rights, SRHR, child rights and protection, harmful practices, Education, WASH, Agriculture, Food Security and EFSVL among others, in a timely and client satisfactory manner through ensuring quality of work. Below is a summary of key consultancy work that has been executed by EMCAD since 2017;

2017- 2018	IOM Pretoria	End of Programme Evaluation of the Partnership on Health (mainly SRHR) and Mobility in East and Southern Africa (PHAMESA II), covering 11 countries – Tanzania, Kenya Uganda, Mozambique, Namibia, Botswana, South Africa, Zambia, Mauritius, Lesotho and Swaziland, with primary data collection being done in Zambia, South Africa, Kenya and Uganda.
2017-2018	Oxfam Ethiopia	End of Programme Evaluation of Oxfam’s Emergency Drought Response Programme in Somali Region of Ethiopia, covering Doolo, Jaraar and Fafan zones. The programme components under evaluation were WASH, Protection, Emergency Food Security and Vulnerable Livelihoods (Cash Transfers & Livestock).
2018	UNDP, Lesotho	UN Joint Programme Review on the “Support to the Humanitarian Response following the El Nino 2015/2016 in Lesotho. The programme components under review were, WASH (UNICEF), Protection (UNFPA), Food Security (WFP), Food Security and Agriculture (FAO).
2018	SOS Children’s Villages Zimbabwe	Quality Education Rapid Assessment of quality education in Zimbabwe for SOS Children’s Villages covering Mashonaland Central, Harare Metropolitan province and Bulawayo metropolitan provinces of Zimbabwe.
	Plan International Germany(GNO)	Feasibility Study on the “Enhancing the Voices of Civil Society to End Child Marriage in Eastern and Southern Africa” Programme, covering 4 countries, namely Malawi, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
	International Rescue Committee (IRC)	Zimbabwe El Nino Response: Safeguarding the livelihoods of drought affected communities in Masvingo and Chipinge Districts.
	World Education Inc Bantwana	End of Project Evaluation for a DREAMS Innovation Challenge project implemented in two districts of Zimbabwe (Gweru and Mazowe) with funding from PEPFAR supported by Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Girl Effect, Johnson & Johnson, Gilead Sciences and ViV Healthcare. The project targeted to develop girls into Determined, Resilient, Empowered, AIDS-free, Mentored, and Safe women.
	Plan International Zimbabwe	Review & Development of two strategic plans for the project ‘Civil Society Strengthening (CSS) to promote Gender Equality through participatory Advocacy on Child Rights in Zimbabwe’. The strategic plans were intended to guide the operations of two coalitions Girls Not Brides (GNB) & Child Rights Coalitions for a period of three years.
	Chiedza Child Care Center (CCCC). Zimbabwe	End of Project Evaluation for a Sexual Reproductive Health Project ‘Creating an enabling Environment for Youth Access to SRH services’ in two districts of Zimbabwe (Zvimba Rural and Harare South) for Chiedza Child Care Centre (CCCC).
	Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education (MoPSE)	Development and Review of the School Guidance and Counselling Program: Life Skills, Sexuality, HIV and AIDS Education Strategy (2018-2022).
2019	Care International Zimbabwe	Midline Evaluation of the ‘Empowering Adolescents for Life-long Learning’ project. Harare Province. The project aimed to address challenges faced by adolescent boys & girls and also supported the operationalization of Zimbabwe’s Competency Based Curriculum through the use of the Guidance and Counselling programme.
	Plan International	End of Term Evaluation of the “Engaging Women and Youth Economic for Productive Future” in Chiredzi and Mwenezi District. The project sort to support women and youth to gain knowledge & skills that would enable them to build sustainable livelihoods and boost their wealth creation in order to break the vicious cycle of poverty.
	Legal Resources Foundation	End of project evaluation of the project on ‘Increased Citizen Participation Augmenting Mobilization’ in Midlands, Manicaland and Masvingo Province. The project goal was set to be achieved through empowering citizens and CBOs to demand accountable and participatory local governance.
	Oxfam Zimbabwe	Final Evaluation of Oxfam’s WE-Care Work your Dreams Programme in Bubi, Masvingo and Zvishavane. EMCAD managed all quantitative data collection processes during fieldwork.
	Care International Zimbabwe	Final Evaluation of the ‘Assisting vulnerable food insecure household recovery from mid-season drought and erratic rainfall project’ implemented in Gwanda and Beitbridge.
	Culture Fund Zimbabwe	Mid-Term Evaluation of the ‘Culture Actions’ Project in Mazowe, Makoni and Chipinge. The project aims to reduce gender based violence among women and girls, reduce early child marriages and raise climate change awareness and environmental sustainability in the 3 project districts.
	Oxfam Zimbabwe	Developed the grant proposal for the UN Trust Fund Spotlight Initiative.
