TRAINING

EMCAD offers a wide range of training courses which are aimed at building a strong base for individual’s career development. This empowers EMCAD trainees to be more employable as it equips them with the practical skills to fully and meaningfully participate in development programmes and processes. This is evident in training sessions, particularly in Data Analysis using NVivo and IBM SPSS, most of which were held at the EMCAD Premises. In addition, EMCAD offers trainings on Result Based Management, Governance, Proposal and Report Writing, Financial Management for Donor Funded Projects, Understanding and Contextualising Sustainable Development Goals and Resource Mobilization. The facilitators for the trainings are carefully selected from EMCADs professional experts who have broad practical expertise in their respective technical fields. These experts are nationally and internationally renowned trainers.

Through feedback from participants, we align our trainings to meet individual and organisational needs. EMCAD offers both theoretical and practical training sessions to produce versatile participants, who are resourceful in research and development themes.  Training sessions which target specific organizations are conducted upon request at client’s preferred premises. EMCAD has in the past trained organizations such as Family AIDS Caring Trust, SOS Children’s Villages and Feed the Future Zimbabwe. Trainings conducted by EMCAD are summarised in the chart below;
